Infinix has launched the company’s latest smartphone, called Smart 2 with an HD+ display, face unlock and Android Oreo OS which carries a starting price tag of Rs. 5,999 in India. The company provides an 8-megapixel selfie camera with a dual LED flash feature to attract the selfie lovers. The primary camera of the handset is a 13-megapixel with Dual LED Flash and f/2.0 aperture.
On the design front, the phone comes with 5.45-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 18:9 aspect ratio and the resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. It is a very handy device that measures 148 x 71 x 8.4mm and weighs around 138 grams. The Infinix Smart 2 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with XOS 3.3 on the top.

As for the performance, the Infinix Smart 2 comes with a 1.5GHz Quad-Core MediaTek’s MT6739 64-bit processor along with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. The phone comes in two variants, 2GB and 3GB of RAM with 16GB and 32GB of internal storage respectively. It features a dual SIM slot with dual 4G VoLTE network. It is powered by a 3050 mAh battery which delivers up to 21 hours of 4G talk time and 81 hours of music playback time.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack. However, the phone lacks a fingerprint sensor, but it provides face unlock features that can unlock your phone within 0.3 seconds.
The Infinix Smart 2 has been priced at Rs. 5,999 for the 2GB RAM with 16GB internal memory, while its 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant is available at Rs. 6,999. You can get both the variants through Flipkart from August 10. The phone is available in four beautiful color variants, i.e. Bordeaux Red, City Blue, Sandstone Black, and Serene Gold.
